These SOPs are a living resource, and your feedback is invaluable. Please note that while these materials have taken many, many hours to create, including early mornings and careful removal of personal client information, they remain a work in progress. I have developed these resources to be uniform and useful for a wider audience, which requires ongoing updates and improvements.

I welcome all types of feedback, whether it’s positive, negative, or suggestions for additions or corrections. The most valuable feedback is specific - such as ideas for new content, examples to include, or errors to correct.

Please also note that I am actively working to add sections, such as handling specific types of mail handling and including new video resources (you will note most are not clickable at this point). This will be an ongoing process to continue for as long as the SOPs are available.

Why Donation-Based?

After dedicating countless hours to developing, refining, and updating these SOPs, often during early mornings and long days, I made the decision to make them available on a donation basis. My goal is to make these resources accessible to as many colleagues as possible, especially those just getting started or who may be facing financial challenges.

When I first considered pricing, individual SOPs were valued at $100–$200 each, with the complete and updated bilingual bundle priced at $2,500. However, I realized that setting a fixed price could limit access for those who might benefit the most. By offering these resources on a donation basis, I hope to ensure a wider reach and greater impact within our community.

Your donation, at whatever level you feel appropriate, helps support ongoing improvements and updates to these materials. I appreciate any contribution you are able to make, and thank you for supporting the continued development and availability of these resources.
